On Tuesday, May 14 we will have an immunization clinic at OMMS free to all 6th grade students who need their required Tdap and MCV4 vaccinations.  If your student needs these vaccines, a letter and consent was sent home the week before spring break.  If you did not receive a letter and believe your student needs this vaccine please call the health room and we will send home a consent form.  ALL CONSENTS ARE DUE BACK BY APRIL 26th. We are one of only a few schools that has been given this opportunity to have this clinic.  Please take advantage of this. It will make your summer much easier if you don’t have to worry about immunizations.  Please remember that students will not be allowed to start school without all required immunizations.  Please don't hesitate to call with any questions or concerns 410-313-694.
